Forever a Trekkie

I have had many people question my true love for Star Trek. Now, I might not know every single name of every single episode (all spin-offs included) and I might not know the writers either. But my love for the show can’t be denied.
Actually, I probably do know the episodes of the Next Generation by name…
Anyway, I am a HUGE fan of the show and the movies, even if some of them are annoying and boring.
But my telling you I am a fan isn’t enough, is it? Anyone can say they’re a fan of something, right? BUT how many people actually permanently etch their love of something into their skin?
Okay, probably a LOT but How many people get stuff like this? I’ve never seen anyone with a Star Trek tattoo before. I’ve seen the tribal symbols, flowers, fairies, dragons, butterflies, astrological signs, etc but never something akin to what I have. Then again, I’ve never been to a Comic Con before 😀
So here are the 3 tattoos I have to forever commemorate my love of Star Trek!

This was my first 🙂 It’s on my left ankle (outside).

This was my second. It’s the United Federation of Planets with my name in Klingon going down the center. This one’s on my back, upper right.

And this is number 3. This one’s on my lower back 😀

Does anyone out there have cool tattoos of something a little nerdy and geeky like this? I wonder if I should get a tattoo of the TARDIS?? 😉

That’s pretty hard core. Nobody’s gonna doubt your dedication. I loved the latest movie, BTW. Awesome story, awesome characterization. Lots of good laughs at the references.

Nice tattoos! I only have watched the 2009 movie (and watched it again yesterday), and was thinking of starting to watch the old star trek movies/series. What do you recommend? 🙂

Star Trek: The Next Generation was my favorite series. The original series with Kirk and the gang is kind of cheesy but still worth the watch. Oh heck, to be honest, just watch them all! LOL
