It’s Official! I’ve Signed With BookTrope Publishing!

I am so excited that I am having to go back and re-type a lot of this since I keep misspelling words! LOL

After being contacted by Katherine Sears, owner of BookTrope Publishing, a few weeks ago, I got an e-mail from Ken Sears with the contract! I was so excited to sign this document that will make me an official member of TeamTrope. They have an amazing way they are handling publishing that makes them a force to be reckoned with. I am truly lucky that Katherine has confidence in my books and has agreed to take me on as an author. I am in the company of incredibly talented authors and I feel truly blessed to be counted among them.

They will be re-doing the Portals of Destiny series but keeping Eric Malbone as the cover artist. I am so excited that Eric is going to be a member of the team! He’s a truly remarkable artist and a dear friend. It’s nice having him along for the ride and I am not sure anyone else could capture the spirit of my books the way he does. I am not sure how much we will change the covers but I’m sure whatever their ideas are, they will be spectacular and Eric is definitely up to the challenge.

The books will be getting a new set of edits as well. I’m very excited to work with my editor.

And I’m SUPER excited about having a book manager! This person will be doing the hard work of helping to get the book into the hands of readers and helping me to market and promote more strategically.

Once things get underway, the books as they are now will be pulled from Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Smashwords, etc to make way for the new versions under BookTrope. I think this is the beginning of am AMAZING journey with some totally AWESOME people!

Certainly congratulations are in order. If I may pick your brain for a moment, did you reach out to them or did they make the initial contact? No pressure to reply, just thought it was worth asking.
