Do You Think I’m Following You???

How many of you have ever gotten behind someone and followed them for an extended period of time? Not on the interstate or anything like that, I’m talking in town.

Ever wonder if they think you’re following them???

I got behind someone on the way home today and followed them almost the entire way. Each time they would turn, so would I. I got to wondering if they thought I was following them. LOL

Have you ever been driving and notice someone behind you and wondered if they were following you? Matching you turn for turn, right on your tail, never deviating from their course…

Until they turn into the drugstore while you continue on.

Okay, Shay. I thought I was the only weirdo who thought the person ahead of me was so devoid of a real life that they not only noticed me behind them, but thought I was actively on their tail.

I don’t know why anyone would follow me on Twitter, let alone my route home from the grocery store. I’m way too boring!

This was actually a game we played in highschool – follow a random person until they notice you (turning around and staring at you, giving you the finger, stopping and confronting you, etc). The person who could follow a random person to their driveway (we never followed them into the driveway) won. Silly.

Of course, in early college I got a dose of my own medicine when I was swinging by my parents and this Sheriff SUV followed me, all the way to my parents’ driveway. Turns out he was the husband of one of my mom’s friends.

I always get nervous when cops get behind me even though I know I’m not doing anything wrong. One of these days I will get so paranoid I will do something lame and get arrested 😛
